Nutritional Health
Freyja is a 3-year brain cancer survivor following the loss of her husband to Synovial Sarcoma cancer…

The Wholesome World app is a collection of recipes, nutritional information and medical and lifestyle resources, all which have inspired Freyja and helped her focus on health and well-being.
Wholesome World opens a door to anti-cancer living through diet, emotional and physical practice.
Freyja found her life challenging during treatment as she coped with loss of memory, not being able to drive, total lack of appetite and energy.
She took back a level of responsibility for her life by investigating and testing and adding complementary practices. This eased her stress, being able to contribute to the best possible health and happiness outcome.
She then used this to create Wholesome World.
FOOD RULES
“Your main course should be 80 percent vegetables, 20 percent animal protein.”
Dr Servan-Schreiber, Anti-Cancer
Increase and vary the nutrition you eat from one meal to the next. Seasonal vegetables are important to provide the highest sustenance. Get as many as possible in every bite. Eliminating refined, processed sugar and carbohydrates is a strong step.

New age carbs, even including potatoes, raise your blood sugar, a step which increases cancer growth; the opposite to Mediterranean herbs!
Grains should be whole, and mixed, rather than refined so that you are not hit with energy drop too soon.
Every amendment you make is worth it. Step by step… mini steps are worth it.
Life is not just food.
There are so many more aspects to heighten your health – both mentally and physically.
- Keep your body active.
- Reach out and maintain your friendships (family counts as friends too).
- Reduce your use of chemical products; cleaning, storage, cosmetics, tap water, skincare ….never ending…
- Mental relaxation – moments scheduled for calming your thought process. Meditation for 5-10 mins per day.
